I use the most restrictive of the Creative Commons licenses: the Attribution Non-Commercial No Derivatives license. Here's a description:

Basically, I release these shows and Resource Sheets licensed in such a way that you can copy them, email them, or distribute them in any way you like, as long as you don't change anything, leave my name on them, and don't sell them.
