PGC 28: B.o.B. "Nothin' On You" (1 of 2)
Friday, October 29, 2010 at 10:16PM Resource Summary
In the first of a long series of resources from this debut album of hip-hop rap artist B.o.B. (AKA Bobby Ray), the protagonist of the song admits that after chasing skirts (seeking pleasure first) he's ready to set that aside and be devoted to just one woman because the player behavoir only led to loss and emptiness. Looking at that devotion symbolically, we're supposed to place God at the top of our priorities and loyalties; our faith likewise teaches the futility of pleasure-seeking as a priority.
